The Penn State Nittany Lions host the #25 Maryland Terrapins in Big Ten college basketball.

The #25 Maryland Terrapins look to build on a 72-62 against the Ohio State Buckeyes as a 5.5 point favorite on Saturday. 

Maryland has won four of five and are clinging to 4thin the conference with only three games remaining in the regular season.

Anthony Cowan Jr. led the Terrapins with 19 points, four pulls and four assists with Bruno Fernando adding 14 points, ten rebounds and four helpers.

Serrel Smith Jr. gave the Terps another 14 points followed by Darryl Morsell who contributed eleven points and eight rebounds.

The Penn State Nittany Lions are looking for a third straight win after upending Illinois 83-76 as a two point road dog on Saturday.

Penn State has been playing their best basketball of the season yet are still next to last in the Big Ten standings with only three games left.

Lamar Stevens carried the Nittany Lions with 25 points and eight rebounds with Josh Reeves tossing in 14 points and snagging six boards.

Penn State saw another eleven points and four pulls from Rasir Bolton followed by Mike Watkins with ten points and 12 rebounds.
