Tuesday college basketball action features the Rutgers Scarlet Knights hosting  the Michigan Wolverines.

The #5 Michigan Wolverines fell for the first time  in the  Big Ten in a 74-59 loss at Iowa on Friday as a 5.5 point road favorite.

Michigan trailed by 13 points at the halfway point and traded baskets the rest of the way with a season low 32.3% from the field.

Ignas Brazdeikis paced the Wolverines with 16 points, six boards and three steals while Jordan Poole tossed in another 16 points.

Michigan saw ten points, eight rebounds and seven helpers from Zavier Simpson followed Jon Teske with eight points and eight boards.

The Rutgers Scarlet Knights saw their three game winning streak end in a 76-62 defeat at Ohio State as a ten point underdog on Saturday.

Rutgers trailed by eight points after 20 minutes and never challenged with the Buckeyes holding a 52.9%-43.6% shooting edge.

Eugene Omoruyi was the Scarlet Knights top option with 19 points, eight rebounds and six assists with Caleb McConnell adding 14 points and four steals.

Shaquille Doorson gave Rutgers another eight points followed by Geo Baker and Myles Johnson with five points with Johnson snagging eight boards.

Michigan Wolverines are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games following a straight up loss and Michigan Wolverines are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 road games. Rutgers Scarlet Knights are 16-37 ATS in their last 53 Tuesday games and overis 9-4 in Scarlet Knights last 13 vs. Big Ten.
