The Saint Peter’s Peacocks host the Rider Broncs in Sunday college basketball. The  Rider Broncs  come  in  off  of an  81-72  victory against Monmouth  on  Friday as  a  seven point  home  favorite.


Riders had dropped five in row and had gone from first place in the conference to 5thplace with the losses coming by a combined 14 points. 

Frederick Scott carried the Broncs with 21 points and six boards followed by Tyere Marshall with 17 points and ten rebounds.

Rider saw Stevie Jordan add 15 points and six helpers while Anthony Durham and Dimencio Vaughn with eleven points each with Durham grabbing nine boards.

The Saint Peter’s Peacocks look to get in the win column after a 62-46 defeat at Iona on Friday night as an eight point underdog.

Saint Peter’s has lost six in a row and are at the bottom of the MAAC standings.

Samuel Idowu topped the struggling Peacocks offense with 12 points and five pulls with Davauhnte Turner adding eleven points and six boards.

Manny Dixon gave Saint Peter’s seven points followed by Quinn Taylor who contributed six points and hauled in nine rebounds.
