|Date & Time||Saturday February 10, 2018, 12:00 PM (EST)|
The Line: South Florida Bulls +10 -- Over/Under: 133.5
College basketball action comes to the USF Sun Dome where the South Florida Bulls host the Temple Owls.
The Temple Owls have been erratic at times but the team has suddenly found a groove with four straight victories after upending the East Carolina Pirates 90-73 as a 15 point home favorite. Both teams sank shots at around 45% with the Owls putting this in the win column on a 20-5 edge at the foul line.
Quinton Rose was Temple’s top offensive weapon as he pumped in a game high 23 with six pulls on 9-16 from the floor followed by Josh Brown added 17 points and eight boards on 5-11 shooting. Shizz Alston Jr. gave the Owls 14 points and JP Moorman tossed in eleven points while Ernest Aflakpui and Nate Pierre-Louis tossed in ten points each.
The South Florida Bulls won’t be winning the AAC anytime soon but getting out of the conference basement isn’t out of the question if the team can discover some offense. South Florida has lost four in a row after a 68-65 loss to the UConn Huskies where 37.7% shooting did the team in.
Stephen Jiggets led the Bulls attack with 18 points and four assists on 5-16 from the floor while Isaiah Manderson added 15 points and eight rebounds on 6-7 shooting. South Florida received 12 points from Payton Banks on 4-9 with David Collins netting eleven points on 4-9.
Over is 8-2 in South Florida last 10 overall and South Florida are 3-9-1 ATS in their last 13 games overall and South Florida are 11-5-1 ATS in their last 17 Saturday games. Road team is 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings.
I think you either do something small on Temple or look for an opportunity elsewhere…
