The St. Francis (PA) Red Flash host the Central Connecticut State Blue Devils in a Thursday Northeast college basketball tilt.

Central Connecticut State has won  back to back games after downing Bryant 64-59  as a six point home favorite on Thursday.

CCSU trailed by seven points at the halfway point before dominating the second half 38-26 behind a 35.7%-31.8% shooting edge and nine more makes at the line.

Tyler Kohl carried the Blue Devils with 23 points and 13 rebounds with Ian Krishnan adding 16 points and three yanks.

Central Connecticut State saw ten points and eleven rebounds from Jamir Coleman followed by Deion Bute with four points and four pulls.

The St. Francis (PA) Red Flash have climbed to third in the NEC thanks to a 72-63 victory at Mount St. Mary’s for a third straight win.

St. Francis (PA) was outshot 48.1%-33.8%  but overcame poor marksmanship with 14 more looks and a 17-22 advantage at the stripe.

Keith Braxton led the Red Flash with 27 points and ten rebounds followed by Isaiah Blackmon with 12 points and seven boards.

Jamaal King gave St. Francis (PA) another eleven points and five helpers while Randall Gaskins Jr. contributed another ten points.
