The Saint Louis Billikens host the Richmond Spiders in an A-10 college basketball tilt on Wednesday.

The Richmond Spiders are looking at a four game skid after falling to St. Bonaventure 66-57 as a two point home favorite.

Richmond fell behind by four at the halfway point with the Bonnies managing nine more looks at the basket to get the win.

Jacob Gilyard was the top Spiders weapon with a 19 point  effort followed by Nathan Cayo with 14 points and seven boards.

Richmond saw 12 points and another nine rebounds  from Grant Golden  with  Julius  Johnson chipping  in  with six points.

The Saint Louis Billikens have followed a six game winning streak with  back  to back  defeats  after a  54-53  defeat to Davidson  as a  three point  home  favorite on  Saturday.

Saint Louis trailed by three points at the intermission and were outshot 39.5%-34.7% which negated six more looks at the basket.

Hasahn French led the balanced Billikens attack with 12 points and 12 rebounds with Jordan Goodman tossing in another 12 points, nine boards and six helpers.

Javon Bess gave Saint Louis ten points and six pulls followed by Tramaine Isabelle  who contributed  nine  points and  six  yanks.

Richmond Spiders are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall and are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 vs. Atlantic 10. Saint Louis Billikens are 37-18 ATS in their last 55 vs. Atlantic 10 and  are 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a straight up loss and  are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 Wednesday games. Over is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings in Saint Louis and Richmond Spiders are 2-5-1 ATS in the last 8 meetings.

If I were to bet this I would do something on the over because the style of play we see from Saint Louis is not conducive to covering big spreads…

I have been a sports fan since I was old enough to pick up a ball and have always been drawn to competition. I don't participate in sporting events any longer but I do like to provide my opinion on games and writing gives me that outlet. I won't always be right but I always put 100% in to every article I do whether it's the World Series or an 0-10 college football team. Mitch shares that same passion and allows me to express myself in my own way.
