The America East college basketball playoffs kickoff with the Binghamton Bearcats facing the Stony Brook Seawolves.

The Binghamton Bearcats head in to the conference postseason off of a 73-58 loss to visiting Albany as a two point underdog on Tuesday.

Chancellor Barnard topped the Bearcats with 15 points and seven rebounds followed by JC Show with eleven points and four pulls.

Caleb Stewart gave Binghamton another ten points and five boards followed by Sam Sessoms and Everson Davis with seven points apiece.

The Stony Brook Seawolves defeated the Hartford Hawks 68-63 on Tuesday for their third win in four games that secured second in the America East.

Jaron Cornish was the Seawolves top option with 16 points and five pulls with Akwasi Yeboah tossing in 12 points and grabbing eight rebounds.

Stony Brook saw another eleven points and seven rebounds from Elijah Olaniyi while Jules Minor and Andrew Garcia netted eight points each.
