Texas A&M Aggies +3 O/U: 130
The Kansas State Wildcats and the Texas A&M Aggies will match up on the college basketball court Saturday.
Kansas State enters this one at 15-4 on the season. The Wildcats have won their last five straight games, taking out West Virginia, Iowa State, Oklahoma, TCU and Texas Tech in that span.
In the win over the Raiders, the Wildcats’ top scorer was Barry Brown, with 15 points, seven rebounds and one assist. The only other K State player in double-figures there was Dean Wade with 13 points and four rebounds.
Over on the Texas A&M side, they’re 7-10 this season. Since beating Alabama January 12, the Aggies have lost three straight games versus Auburn, Missouri and Florida.
In the loss to the Gators, Aggies guard Wendell Mitchell led the way with 25 points, four rebounds and one assist. Jay Jay Chandler added 15 points for Texas A&M in that one, and TJ Starks chipped in 10 points.
Kansas State is 4-0 ATS in their last four overall and 4-1 ATS in their last five Saturday games. The Wildcats are 4-1 ATS in their last five versus the SEC and 5-2 ATS in their last seven road games.
Meanwhile, the Aggies are 6-2-1 ATS in their last nine versus the Big 12 and 0-4 ATS in their last four home games. The under is 7-1 in Texas A&M’s last eight non-conference games and 7-2 in their last nine home games.
The Wildcats are on a nice run right now, and they’ve been dismantling everybody that comes their way with stout defensive efforts. Kansas State hasn’t allowed more than 69 points to anyone in the last five games.
Given that the Aggies have had some issues putting up points lately, I can’t find a whole lot of reasons not to take Kansas State on the cover here.
