The South Carolina Gamecocks and the Texas A&M Aggies will meet up on the college basketball circuit Tuesday.

South Carolina enters this one at 14-15 this year. The Gamecocks have recorded losses in their last three outings, falling to Mississippi State, Alabama and Missouri in that time.

In the loss to the Tigers, South Carolina’s top scorer was Hassani Gravett with 20 poitns, three assists and two boards. Keyshawn Bryant added 15 points and seven boards for the Gamecocks there, and Chris Silva put up 12 points.

Over on the Texas A&M side, they’re 13-15 this season. The Aggies are 3-1 in their last four games, with a loss to LSU mixed in with wins over Alabama, Arkansas and Vanderbilt.

In the win over the Commodores, Texas A&M’s Savion Flagg led the team on 22 points with 12 rebounds. Christian Mekowulu doubled up as well with 19 points and 12 boards, and Wendell Mitchell added 13 points with eight rebounds.

The Gamecocks are 16-7-1 ATS in their last 24 versus the SEC and 6-13-1 ATS in their last 20 after an ATS loss. South Carolina is 5-11 ATS in their last 16 Tuesday games and 2-5 ATS in their last seven road games.

Meanwhile, the Aggies are 4-1 ATS in their last five Tuesday games and 6-2 ATS in their last eight overall. Texas A&M is 2-5 ATS in the last seven after a straight-up win and the under is 6-1 in their last seven at home.

After what ended up being a pretty nice run of points totals, the Gamecocks have struggled offensively over their last trio with a high of just 63 points. In total, South Carolina has put up just 186 points over those three.

The Aggies have had some issues in that department as well, but they’re getting better results on the defensive side. I’m going to stick with Texas A&M on the cover in this one.

Pick:
Texas A&M Aggies -4
