Ball State & Toledo are arguably the two best teams in the MAC conference this season so this should be an entertaining matchup. Ball State has an explosive offense led by Tayler Persons that ranks 21st in scoring offense & 6th in FG%, however, the Cardinals can give up some points as they currently rank just 213th in scoring offense. Toledo is coming off their most impressive victory of the season agianst a very good Pennsylvania team that recently knocked off Villanova. Toledo has been outstanding on both ends of the court this season, as they rank 33rd in scoring offense, 52nd in scoring defense, & 19th in defensive FG%. Toledo has been great this season, however, this is an experienced Ball State team that had no problems playing on the road and as Ball State has won the last two games at Toledo, I’m taking the Cardinals to at worst cover with the points in this one.
