Tulane Green Wave +10 O/U: 154
The Memphis Tigers and the Tulane Green Wave will meet up in college basketball action on Sunday.
Memphis enters this one at 10-6 on the year. The Pirates are 5-1 in the last six games, with only a loss to Houston alongside wins over Little Rock, Tennessee State, Florida A&M, Wichita State and East Carolina.
In the win over the Pirates, Memphis’ lead scorer was Tyler Harris with 16 points, three rebounds and three assists. Kyvon Davenport doubled up for the Tigers in that one with 14 points, 11 rebounds and three assists.
Over on the Tulane side, they’re 4-11 this season. The Green Wave have lost their last five straight games, falling to Towson, Alabama A&M, Cincinnati, SMU and South Florida in that time.
In the loss to the Bulls, Tulane’s Samir Sehic led the way on 14 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double. The only other Wave player in double-figures was Kevin Zhang with 11 points and two rebounds.
The Tigers are 6-1-1 ATS in their last eight road games and 6-2 ATS in their last eight following an ATS loss. Memphis is 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 following a straight-up win and the over is 5-0 in their last five Sunday games.
Meanwhile, the Wave are 18-38-3 in their last 59 home games and 6-19-1 ATS in their last 26 Sunday games. Tulane is 1-4 ATS in their last five overall and the under is 6-1 in their last seven overall.
When Memphis gets a well-rounded effort from their top contributors, they do very well. That’s what’s been going right for the Tigers lately, and it’s paying off on the scoreboard and in the rankings.
I don’t see the Wave putting up much of a fight here, as they’ve had scoring issues dating back to early on in the season and just aren’t looking like a complete team right now. I’m going to stick with the Tigers here.
