As a team, South Florida is averaging 72.2 points per game on 43.2% shooting from the field, 32.5% from behind the arc and 64.1% from the foul line this season.
The Tulane Green Wave will look to snap a brutal 18-game losing streak after an 80-69 loss to Temple last time out. Samir Sehic led the Green Wave with 24 points on 10 of 16 shooting with 3 threes and a team-high 11 rebounds while Caleb Daniels added 18 points with 3 threes along with 7 rebounds and 3 assists as the only other Tulane player to score in double figures in the loss. As a team, Tulane is averaging 66.6 points per game on 40.8% shooting from the field, 31.4% from behind the arc and 68.5% from the foul line this season.
South Florida is 11-2 ATS in their last 13 road games and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games overall while the over is 8-1 in their last 9 games against a team with a losing record. Tulane is 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall and 20-42-3 ATS in their last 65 home games while the over is 21-6 in their last 27 Wednesday games. South Florida is 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings between these two teams at Tulane.
I really want to take the points with Tulane here, but the fact is that the Green Wave haven’t been playing well enough to warrant taking a shot with the points here. USF has been money on the road for the most part and while the bulls have had issues ATS lately, the fact is that South Florida has been easier to trust than Tulane and since the Bulls already own a 17-point win over Tulane this season, I see no reason why the Bulls can’t win by double digits here so I’ll lay the points with USF in this one.
