Tulsa struggled defensively agianst the Temple offense and couldn’t fight back after the Owls took a 78-61 lead with 4:23 left in regulation. Tulsa shot just 41.8% from the field and 26.9% from beyond the arc while allowing Temple to shoot 50.8% from the field. The Green Wave are 7-19 ATS in their last 26 Thursday games and 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Golden Hurricane are 24-8 ATS in their last 32 Thursday games and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 home games vs. a team with a with a road winning % of less than .400.
Tulane continues to search for their first conference win of the season, however, it’s going to be tough for the Green Wave to pick up that win as they currently rank just 314th in scoring offense, 326th in FG%, and 312th in scoring defense.
Tulsa has won 3 of their last 5 games and currently rank 215th in scoring offense, 170th in scoring defense, and 35th in defensive FG%.
This is a bunch of points for Tulsa to cover here, however, I can’t find any reason to back the Green Wave that come into this game 0-8 on the road and recently loss at home to Tulsa by a 80-57 margin. Tulsa is an impressive 12-3 at home this season and I think that the Golden Hurricane will do enough to cover this large home spread. Good Luck!
