MWC college basketball on Saturday gives us the #13 Nevada Wolf Pack visiting the Utah State Aggies.

The Nevada Wolf Pack have won back to back games after outscoring visiting UNLV 89-73 on Wednesday as a 16.5 point favorite.

Nevada is now in a first place tie with Utah State in the Mountain West with three games left on the schedule.

Caleb Martin led the explosive Wolf Pack offense with 24 points and three yanks with Cody Martin tossing in 23 points and eight helpers.

Nevada saw another 20 points and 12 rebounds from Jordan Caroline followed Tre’Shawn Thurman with nine points and three pulls.

The surging Utah State Aggies racked up another win in a 70-54 rout of the San Diego State Aggies on Tuesday as an eight point home favorite.

Utah State has won five in a row to challenge for the top spot in the Mountain West as the team is tied with Nevada with two games to play.

Sam Merrill topped the Aggies with 19 points and five boards with Quinn Taylor adding 13 points, eleven rebounds and four assists.

Utah State saw 12 points and four pulls from Diogo Brito followed by Justin Bean who tossed in ten points and grabbed eight rebounds.
