The Northern Colorado Bears are eyeing a road win versus the Weber State Wildcats in a Big Sky college basketball bout.

The Northern Colorado Bears have been hot to begin their conference schedule after a 73-70 win at Montana State lifted the team to 5-1 in the Big Sky.

Northern Colorado four double digit scorers led by Bodie Hume with 16 points while Jordan Davis added 15 points, three yanks and six helpers. 

Trent Harris gave the Bears another 14 points followed by Jalen Sanders with ten points and three pulls with Kai Edwards chipping in with nine points and 14 rebounds.

The Weber State Wildcats have jumped to a 5-1 conference record following a 76-59 victory against visiting Idaho State on Thursday.

Weber State was explosive at the offensive end and Idaho State didn’t have enough scoring punch or stopping power to contend.

Jerrick Harding poured in 28 points to lead all scorers with Brekkott Chapman adding 19 points and a game high 14 rebounds.

The Wildcats received eight points and three yanks while Zach Braxton and Israel Barnes combined for 13 points with Braxton snagging five boards.
