Northern Colorado trailed by a 40-32 margin at halftime, however, the Bears were outstanding offensively in the 2nd half and held on the to the victory after a few strong defensive plays by Roberto Vercellino in the closing seconds of the game. Northern Colorado has won 5 of their last 7 games and have been led by their offense that ranks 55th in scoring offense, 119th in FG%, and T-75th in three-pointers made per game. Weber State has won 9 of their last 10 games and has been great on both ends of the court as the Wildcats rank 47th in scoring offense, 10th in FG%, and 86th in scoring defense. Weber State is 11-1 at home this season and as I think the Wildcats offense will be too much for a below average Bears defense to handle, I’m taking Weber State to cover this small home spread.
