The Bears are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 Monday games. The Mountaineers are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record, however, just 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 home games.
Baylor has won 3 of their last 4 games and has been led by their defense that ranks 24th in scoring defense, 76th in defensive FG%, and T-27th in rebound margin. West Virginia comes into this game ranked T-154th in scoring offense, 231st in scoring defense, and 138th in defensive FG%.
West Virginia is a tough place to play and although the Mountaineers just picked up a much-needed conference victory, this team has struggled on the defensive end this season and no longer has the ability to create a bunch of turnovers as they currently rank just 275th in steals per game. Baylor is just 2-2 on the road this season, however, their defense is outstanding and as I think West Virginia is going to struggle on the offensive end against the Bears, I’m taking Baylor in this one. Good Luck!
