The Western Michigan Broncos host the Northern Illinois Huskies in a Tuesday college basketball tilt.

The Northern Illinois Huskies are in the midst of a three game skid after a 57-49 defeat at Eastern Michigan as a three point underdog.

Northern Illinois was ahead by three after 20 minutes but were done in by 22 second half points with only 34.7% shooting to lean on.

Dante Thorpe was the Huskies lone double digit scorer with 13 points and five pulls with Noah McCarty tossing in nine points and snagging five boards.

Levi Bradley gave NIU eight points and three yanks followed by Austin Richie and Lacey James with seven points each and nine rebounds.

 The Western Michigan Broncos remained winless in conference play after a 79-59 defeat Ball State as a 12.5 point dog on Saturday.

Western Michigan was down a point entering the half but fell victim to the Cardinals 52-33 second half run with 37.5% shooting to lean on.

Seth Dugan was the Broncos top option with 17 points and 12 rebounds with Michael Flowers tossing in another 15 points.

Josh Davis gave Western Michigan 14 points and six boards followed by Patrick Emilien who chipped in with eight points and four pulls.
