The Elon Phoenix visit the William & Mary Tribe in a CAA college basketball tilt.

The Elon Phoenix need a change in momentum after dropping four in a row following a 74-71 loss to Hofstra as an eleven point home dog.

Elon seemed poised for the upset with an eight point first half lead but Pride managed a 45.3%-42.1% shooting edge along with seven more makes at the stripe.

Tyler Seibring carried the Phoenix offense with 25 points and six boards while Sheldon Eberhardt added 12 points and seven rebounds.

Steven Santa Ana gave Elon ten points and another nine rebounds followed by Federico Poser with nine points and four helpers.

The William & Mary Tribe are hoping to avoid a three game skid after a 90-70 loss to Northeastern as a one point home dog.

William & Mary faced a six point half time deficit and were overwhelmed with Northeastern holding a 60%-45.5% edge in marksmanship.

The Tribe received 22 points, eight rebounds and four assists from Nathan Knight with LJ Owens adding 15 points and three yanks.

Justin Pierce gave William & Mary 14 points and seven boards followed by a seven point effort from Matt Milon.
