The Indiana Hoosiers will be heading to the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisconsin to take on the Wisconsin Badgers. The Hoosiers are off to a great start on the season going 8-0. The Badgers have had a not so great start going 4-4 to start the year. The Badgers are trying to stop the losing streak at home against a very good conference team in the Hoosiers.

The Indiana Hoosiers average 85.6 points a game and only allow 63.6 points against them each game as well. They have won every single game they have played in dominant fashion, including a 16-point win over the 17th ranked Florida State Seminoles at home. The Wisconsin Badgers average 66.5 points a game and allow 62.6 points against them. The Badgers have not looked like the team they were supposed to be this year, dropping their last three games and not scoring above 54 points in any of those games. The Badgers will need to figure out a way to score against this explosive Indiana team if they want to win.

This Wisconsin squad is led by their junior forward Nate Reuvers. Reuvers leads the team with 14.9 points a game and also leads the team in rebounds with 5.4 boards a game. Reuvers is a leader for this .500 Wisconsin team and the Badgers are going to need to find him if they want to have a chance to win this intriguing matchup at home.

The Hoosiers are led by senior guard Devonte Green. Green averages 15.8 points a game and is one of the most creative scorers in college basketball today. He has one of the best jump shots off the dribble and is just a creative scorer. A lot of the Hoosiers success this year is also because of their freshman forward Trayce Jackson-Davis. Davis averages 15.5 points a game and grabs 9.4 boards a game. With these two talented kids, the Hoosiers are going to be a real difficult challenge for the Badgers.

In this matchup I like the Indiana Hoosiers. I like the Hoosiers in this one because they are so explosive on the offensive end and it is going to be very difficult for the Badgers to score with the Hoosiers. Final score prediction Indiana wins and covers 83-68.

Ben’s Pick Indiana Hoosiers +1
