Wright State Raiders -11.5 O/U: 142
The Detroit Titans and the Wright State Raiders will match up on the college basketball court Saturday.
Detroit is currently sitting at 9-15 on the year. The Titans took out Cleveland State on January 31, but since have lost to Youngstown State and Northern Kentucky in their last pair.
In the loss to the Norse, Detroit’s Antoine Davis was the only player on the team in double-figures with 26 points, four assists and one rebound. Harrison Curry was the next closest on nine points and five boards.
Over on the Wright State side, they’re 14-11 on the season. Following a loss to UIC 67-53 on February 1, the Raiders have since beaten both IUPUI and Oakland in their last two games.
In the win over the Grizzlies, Wright State’s Loudon Love doubled up with 18 points, 10 rebounds and two assists. Billy Wampler had a nice game for the Raiders there as well on 16 points and six rebounds.
The Titans are 1-4 ATS in their last five Saturday games and 1-5 ATS in their last six overall. Detroit is 1-5 ATS in the last six versus the Horizon League and the under is 5-1 in the last six overall.
Meanwhile, the Raiders are 4-0 ATS in their last four Saturday games and 9-4 ATS in their last 13 home games. The over is 4-1 in Wright State’s last five Saturday games and the under is 20-8 in their last 28 home games.
Detroit got wrecked by the Norse 97-65 in their last outing, and they were down 51-31 by halftime and the game was effectively over. That makes three games in the last five where the Titans have scored 67 or fewer.
As for Wright, they’ve had some duds in their last five as well (two games with 56 or fewer scored), but otherwise are playing pretty well lately. I’m going with the Raiders in this one.
