Wright State Raiders -6 O/U: 149.5
The Green Bay Phoenix will meet up with the Wright State Raiders in college basketball action Monday in the Horizon League Tournament.
The Phoenix enter this game with a 17-15 mark overall. Green Bay has gone 2-1 in their last three games, with a loss to Northern Kentucky sandwiched between wins over Wright State and UIC.
In the win over the Flames, Green Bay’s top scorer was Sandy Cohen with 21 points, five rebounds and three assists. JayQuan McCloud had a nice day for the Phoenix as well with 19 points, three rebounds and three assists.
Over on the Wright State side, they’re 20-12 this year. The Raiders have only one loss in their last nine games (to Green Bay) and have taken out Milwaukee and IUPUI in their last pair of outings.
In the IUPUI game, Wright State’s Billy Wampler led the team on 18 points with three rebounds one block. Loudon Love also had a solid line for the Raiders with his 13 points and nine rebounds in that one.
The Phoenix are 18-7-1 ATS in their last 26 Monday games and 5-2 ATS in their last seven overall. Green Bay is 5-2 ATS in their last seven versus the Horizon League and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 after an ATS win.
Meanwhile, the Raiders are 5-1 ATS in their last six after an ATS win and 7-2 ATS in their last nine overall. Wright State is 5-2 ATS in their last seven neutral-site games and 2-6 ATS in their last eight Monday games.
Green Bay has been on a solid run over their last seven games, going 5-2 in that span and hitting at least 70 points in each of their last four outings. The Phoenix won 70-67 the last time these two teams met up, but fell in the road game at Wright State 87-75.
Considering how well Wright State has been playing lately, I’ve got to think they’ll get some revenge here and bang out a cover.
