The Norse are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 gave vs. Horizon League opponents, however, are just 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games following an ATS win. The Penguins are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a straight up loss and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall.
Northern Kentucky has won 7 of their last 8 games and has been solid on both ends of the court as they come into this game ranked 57th in scoring offense & 69th in scoring defense. Youngstown State has split their last 4 games and although fast paced offense has done a decent job putting points up on the board, the Penguins have struggled defensively as they currently rank 330th in scoring defense & 308th in defensive FG%.
Youngstown State has played better at home as of late, however, Northern Kentucky looks like their best team in the Horizon this season and as I think Drew McDonald and the offense will be able to put up plenty of points in this one, I’m taking the Norse to cover this large road spread.
