CFB | Army Black Knights (2-9) at Navy Midshipmen (9-2)

The Army Black Knights and Navy Midshipmen meet Saturday afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Army Black Knights look for their 11th victory since the 2013 season. Chris Carter is completing 66.7 percent of his passes for 140 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Carter had 20 pass attempts last week against Rutgers. Edgar Poe and John Trainor have combined for 496 receiving yards and six touchdowns while DeAndre Bell has five receptions. The Army Black Knights ground game is averaging 254 yards per contest, and Aaron Kemper leads the way with 506 yards and three touchdowns. Defensively, Army is allowing 28.5 points and 381.4 yards per game. Andrew King leads the Black Knights with 89 tackles, Brandon Jackson has three interceptions and Bayle Wolf has two sacks.

The Navy Midshipmen look to win double-digit games for the first time since the 2009 season. Keenan Reynolds is completing 54.8 percent of his passes for 964 yards, six touchdowns and one interception. Reynolds has 28 pass attempts in his last three games. Jamir Tillman and DeBrandon Sanders have combined for 688 receiving yards and five touchdowns while Thomas Wilson has five receptions. The Navy Midshipmen ground game is averaging 330 yards per contest, and Reynolds leads the way with 1,093 yards and 19 touchdowns. Defensively, Navy is allowing 21.7 points and 369.5 yards per game. Micah Thomas leads the Midshipmen with 64 tackles, Brendon Clements has two interceptions and Will Anthony has 6.5 sacks. Blake Copeland is questionable with a foot injury.

The Midshipmen are 1-4 ATS vs. a team with a losing record and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Black Knights are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 neutral site games and 0-5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The under is 9-0 in the last 9 meetings.

Even with Navy being light years better than Army due to the advantage at quarterback, this is still a rivalry game at the end of the day and these games are usually close. I'll take Army to keep the score within three touchdowns.

Army Black Knights +21.5
