The Bowling Green Falcons welcome the Ohio Bobcats to town after losing their last game to the Miami of Ohio Redhawks by the score of 44-3.  Bowling Green quarterback Grant Loy struggled the whole game as he completed just 11 of 27 passes for 90 yards and throwing 3 interceptions. Loy also ran 13 times for a total of 39 yards.  Falcons running back Bryson Denley led the way for Bowling Green on the ground as he rushed 14 times for 105 yards.  Denley was also Bowling Green’s lead reciver as he caught 3 passes for 33 yards in the game.  The Bowling Green defense allowed 425 total yards to Miami of Ohio including 238 in the air.

With the loss, Bowling Green is now 3-7 on the season and 2-4 in conference play which puts them in 5th place in the MAC-East.  Quarterback Grant Loy has now thrown for 882 yards and 5 touchdowns against 10 interceptions on the year.  Running back Bryson Denley has rushed a total of 96 times for 462 yards and 3 touchdowns on the season.  Bowling Green’s most productive receiver has been Quintin Morris who has caught 48 passes for 528 yards and 3 touchdowns on the season. 

Ohio is scoring 30.4 points per game this season while allowing 29.5 points per game. Ohio is gaining 410.8 yards per game while allowing 432.6 yards per game.  Bowling Green is scoring 16.1 points per game while allowing 34.8 points per game.  Bowling Green is gaining 322.4 yards per game while allowing 441.1 yards per game.  Although Ohio has lost their previous 2 games, I believe they will get back on the right track this week against Bowling Green.  The Falcons will not be able to keep up with the Bobcats offense and will struggle to move the ball against the Ohio defense. Ohio wins 35-14 and covers the spread.
