After the loss, Buffalo is now 5-5 on the season and 3-3 in conference play, which places them in 4th place in the MAC-East Division.  Quarterback Kyle Vantrease has thrown for 813 yards and 6 touchdowns against 1 interception.  Jaret Patterson has been the Bulls leading rusher as he has carried the ball 222 times for 1,136 yards and 7 touchdowns on the season.  Wide receiver Antonio Nunn has been Buffalo’s lead receiver as he has caught 35 passes for 478 yards and 5 touchdowns on the season.

In a game between two midlevel teams in the MAC, this one could be an interesting matchup.  Toledo has scored 29 points per game and allowed 28.8 points a game.  Buffalo has scored 28 points per game and has allowed 23.1 points per game.  Toledo averages gaining 455.1 yards per game and give up 465.3 yards per game.  Buffalo is averaging 368 yards per game against giving up 292.8 yards per game.  This should be a good game as both offenses match up well, but with Buffalo’s defense being better and the game being played in Buffalo, I have to go with the Bulls in this one.  Buffalo wins 31-24 and covers the spread.
