The Navy Midshipmen and Army Black Knights meet Saturday in college football action at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Navy Midshipmen have a chance to save their season with a victory here after losing eight of their last nine games. The Navy Midshipmen have lost all seven non-home games this season. Garret Lewis is completing 45.2 percent of his passes for 398 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. The Navy Midshipmen have five touchdown passes this season on 111 pass attempts. Taylor Jackson and CJ Williams have combined for 398 receiving yards and one touchdown while Malcolm Perry has seven receptions. The Navy Midshipmen ground game is averaging 288.9 yards per contest, and Perry leads the way with 1,035 yards and seven touchdowns. Defensively, Navy is allowing 34.9 points and 438.3 yards per game. Taylor Heflin leads the Navy Midshipmen with 93 tackles, Nizaire Cromartie has three sacks and Jarid Ryan has three interceptions.

The Army Black Knights look to build on their seven-game winning streak while winning 10 games for the third time in school history. The Army Black Knights have won their last three non-home games. Kelvin Hopkins Jr. is completing 54.3 percent of his passes for 895 yards, six touchdowns and three interceptions. The Army Black Knights have six touchdown passes this season on 85 pass attempts. Jordan Asberry and Christian Hayes have combined for 349 receiving yards and four touchdowns while Kell Walker has nine receptions. The Army Black Knights ground game is averaging 303 yards per contest, and Darnell Woolfolk leads the way with 823 yards and 14 touchdowns. Defensively, Army is allowing 18.7 points and 301.3 yards per game. James Nachtigal leads the Army Black Knights with 73 tackles, Kenneth Brinson has three sacks and Mike Reynolds has two interceptions.

The Midshipmen are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 non-conference games, 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games on grass and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The Black Knights are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games in December, 4-1 ATS in their last 5 neutral site games and 3-9 ATS vs. a team with a losing record. The Midshipmen are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 meetings in Army, 0-4 ATS in their last 4 meetings and the underdog is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 meetings. The over is 5-2 in Black Knights last 7 games overall. The under is 9-3 in Midshipmen last 12 neutral site games.

The Navy Midshipmen are easily going through their worst season in quite some time, but they have shown progress in their last two games with a win over Tulsa and a one-point road loss to Tulane. The Army Black Knights have a chance at double-digit wins for the third time in school history and five of their wins during their seven-game winning streak have been decided by double digits. The Navy Midshipmen are 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games as an underdog of at least seven points. The Army Black Knights are 4-4-1 ATS in their last nine games as a favorite of at least seven points. Six of the last seven games between Army and Navy have been decided by seven or less points. In fact, the last three meetings have been decided by a combined nine points. The underdog has covered the last four meetings. And while Army has won the last two contests, Navy has won 14 of the last 16 meetings. Army also hasn't beaten Navy in three straight years since 1994-96. There's a lot of history here that suggests another close game and that the points will be valuable. Give me Navy and my free touchdown.
