CFB | Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (2-0) at Notre Dame Fighting Irish (2-0)

Notre Dame and Georgia Tech will face off in what should be one of the games of the week.

Notre Dame overcame losing their starting quarterback to come back and win on the road against Virginia 34-27. Quarterback DeShone Kizer took over when Notre Dame lost Malil Zaire due to an ankle injury. Kizer was 8/12 for 92 yards and 2 touchdowns. Running back C.J Prosise had 17 carries for 155 yards and a touchdown. Prosise also added 3 catches for 20 yards. Will Fuller was the leading receiver with 5 catches for 124 yards and 2 touchdowns. Punter Tyler Newsome  had an average of 55.8 yards a punt on 4 punts. Notre Dame looked to be out of this game before Deshone Kizer threw a game-winning touchdown with 7 seconds left. Notre Dame will face a tough Georgia Tech this weekend at home.

Georgia Tech is coming off a big win against the Tulane Green Wave 65-10. Georgia Tech no surprised dominated the game on the ground rushing for 439 yards as a team. Matthew Jordan was their leading rusher with 3 carries for 72 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Justin Thomas also added 71 yards on the ground and a rushing touchdown. Thomas was 7/9 passing for 97 yards and 2 touchdowns. Wide Receiver Micheal Summers was the leading receiver with 3 catches for 45 yards and a touchdown. Georgia Tech will definitely be running the ball almost all game against Notre Dame.

Georgia Tech is 6-0 against the spread in their last 6 games following a straight up win. The Yellow Jackets are 6-0 against the spread vs. a team with a winning record. Notre Dame is 4-1 against the spread in their last 5 games after allowing more than 280 yards passing in their previous game. The Fighting Irish are 1-4 against t he spread in their last 5 games following a against the spread loss.

I think this will be a high scoring game if Notre Dame's quarterback can play like he did last week. With that being said i think Georgia Tech's run game will be too much for Notre Dame to handle. I will take Georgia Tech and their experience at quarterback to win this high scoring game.

Georgia Tech +2
