The Ohio Bobcats were able to end the season winning their final three games. During this stretch, the Ohio defense only gave up 17.3 points per game. If Ohio wants to have a chance in this game, they will have to continue that defensive play because Appalachian State is a high scoring team with the 6th best rushing attack in the nation. Appalachian State had a great season and also finished the season on a three game winning streak. While Appalachian State was able to beat up on a lot of teams this season, they have not played the type of teams that Ohio has played. Ohio has played a much tougher schedule and I expect them to be one of the better defenses that Appalachian State has faced. I think this will be a close game so I am picking Ohio in this one.
