Skai Moore leads the Gamecocks defense with 58 tackles, Isaiah Johnson has 35 tackles, and T.J. Gurley has 27 tackles. South Carolina will look to rally over the second half of the season as Head Coach Steve Spurrier has announced his retirement effective immediately.

South Carolina is 4-9 against the spread following a loss, 1-4 against the spread in their last five games, and 0-4 against the spread in their last four SEC games. Vanderbilt is 5-1 against the spread in their last six games, 13-3 against the spread in their last 16 road games, and 7-2 against the spread in their last nine SEC games. The underdog has covered the point spread in six of their last eight meetings of these two.
Vandy is tough defensively and a team with poor QB like South Carolina is going to struggle so I have to take the points.
