The Wagner Seahawks are gunning for a 2-0 start to the 2018 season after routing sub division Bowie State 40-23 in week one. Wagner overcame shaky pass defense that allowed 365 passing yards as the offense unleashed a potent rushing attack. The Seahawks leaned heavily on the run where Ryan Fulse amassed 271 yards on 20 carries with three trips to the end zone. Quarterback Luke Massei completed 8-16 for 134 yards with a touchdown and interception with Denzel White leading the Seahawks with two receptions for 101 yards and a score.
The Syracuse Orange outscore Western Michigan 55-42 in week one action. Syracuse raced to a 34-7 lead at the half and held a 621-560 edge in yardage. Orange quarterback Eric Dungey connected on 7-19 for 184 yards and a par of TD’s.

Wagner are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall and are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 road games and are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 non-conference games. Under is 4-0-1 in Syracuse last 5 home games vs. a team with a winning road record and under is 6-1 in Syracuse last 7 games in September and Syracuse are 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 games after accumulating more than 450 total yards in their previous game.
I’m not sure either team has the firepower to contain either offense so I think the over is the way to go…
