The Texas Christian Horned Frogs visit the Oklahoma State Cowboys in a battle of undefeated squads.
The Texas Christian Horned Frogs had a few close calls on the way to an 8-0 record but week nine’s 40-10 rout of visiting West Virginia wasn’t one of them with a 17-0 second half run putting the Mountaineers away. The Horned Frogs rolled up 616 yards and had the ball for 36+ minutes while allowing 327 yards. TCU received another huge game in the air from Trevone Boykin who connected on 32-47 for 388 yards and three touchdowns with top target Josh Doctson logging eleven receptions for 183 yards and a pair of TD’s. Boykin also led the Horned Frogs on the ground with 84 yards and a score with Aaron Green and Trevorris Johnson combining for 119 yards.
Similar to TCU the Oklahoma State Cowboys have overcome a few tough opponents to remain undefeated. The Cowboys are coming off of a 70-53 win at Texas Tech where the Red Raiders led 38-24 at the half before OSU exploded for 42 points over the final 30 minutes. These teams combined for over 1,300 yards with TT giving the ball away three times including a pick six with six seconds remaining. Mason Rudolph gave the Cowboys 285 passing yards with two scores and a pick while JW Walsh threw for 167 yards and a pair of touchdowns with James Washington catching four balls for 200 yards and two scores. Walsh also led OSU with 80 rushing yards and a TD with Raymond Taylor adding 58 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
The Horned Frogs are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games after accumulating more than 450 total yards in their previous game and the over is 5-1 in Horned Frogs last 6 games in November while going 4-1 in Horned Frogs last 5 vs. a team with a winning record.
