USA TODAY Sports

The Western Carolina Catamounts and Tennessee Volunteers play Saturday at Neyland Stadium.

The Western Carolina Catamounts look for a big upset win to help get them over a .500 record. Troy Mitchell is completing 57.8 percent of his passes for 485 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions. Mitchell and Detrez Newsome have combined for two passing touchdowns. Tyler Sexton and Steffon Hill have combined for more than 160 receiving yards while Darius Ramsey has nine receptions. The Western Carolina Catamounts ground game is averaging 179 yards per contest, and Newsome leads the way with 162 yards and two touchdowns. Defensively, Western Carolina is allowing 21 points and 417 yards per game. Daniel Riddle leads the Catamounts with 21 tackles, Ezavian Dunn has two tackles for loss and Derrick Davis has an interception.

The Tennessee Volunteers look to bounce back after blowing a game against the Oklahoma Sooners. Joshua Dobbs is completing 52.8 percent of his passes for 330 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. Dobbs has a touchdown pass in seven of his last eight games. Jauan Jennings and Josh Malone have combined for 120 receiving yards and one touchdown while sophomore Josh Smith has four receptions. The Tennessee Volunteers ground game is averaging 264 yards per contest, and Jalen Hurd leads the way with 229 yards and four touchdowns. Defensively, Tennessee is allowing 30.5 points and 452.5 yards per game. Jalen Reeves-Maybin leads the Vols with 30 tackles, Curt Maggitt has three tackles for loss and Todd Kelly Jr. has two interceptions. Danny O'Brien, Max Arnold and Ralph Abernathy IV are out for this game.

I'm not sure how the Vols are going to respond after simply allowing the Sooners to comeback after dominating them for three quarters. Western Carolina is also an experienced team that hung with South Florida last season and avoided a beat down on the road against Alabama.

If forced to pick, I'll take the truckload of points here.

Pick:
Western Carolina Catamounts +33
