Toledo Rockets -2.5 . Total 55.0

TV: ESPN2

The Northern Illinois Huskies hit the road for a conference game with the Toledo Rockets.  The Huskies are (3-6) on the season and are coming off a loss to Central Michigan.  The Huskies were blown out, to a tune of 48-10.  The Rockets are (6-3) and have won 2 in a row.  Toledo is coming off a 35-33 win over Kent State.

In the loss to Central Michigan, the Huskies were dominated from start to finish.  The Huskies fell behind early and never really made it a game.  The Huskies points cam via a 33 yd Josh Richardson field goal and a Spencer Tears touchdown reception from Ross Bowers.  The Huskies defense was not present in this game, giving up a ridiculous 615 total yds to Central Michigan.  The Huskies had 251 yds of offense in the game.  Northern Illinois turned the ball over 4 times in the loss.

Toledo was guided offensively by running back Shakif Seymour in the win over Kent State.  Seymour ran for a career high 175 yds and 2 touchdowns in the game.  Rockets quarterback Eli Peters was 15 of 25 for 194 yds, while adding a touchdown and an interception.  The Rockets finished with 289 yds rushing on 52 carries. The Rockets averaged a nice 5.6 yds per carry.  The Rockets out gained Ken State 483 to 428.
