Utah State is 5-1 ATS against teams that have a losing record and is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games. The over is 10-2 in Utah State’s last 12 games. USC is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games on grass and 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games. The over is 7-2-1 in USC’s last 10 non-conference games.
Utah State came out strong with a good win in their opening game, while Alabama blew out USC. USC will have to get their offense going, which won’t be easy against a good Utah State defense. Utah State ran the ball all over their opponent in week 1, but should find it much more difficult to move the ball on USC. I like USC to win this game, but I am going with Utah State to keep it close.
