Rice is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 conference games. Rice is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 road games against a team with a winning home record. The under is 5-1 in Rice’s last 6 games following an ATS loss. UTSA is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a win. UTSA is 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 conference games. The over is 4-1 in UTSA’s last 5 home games.
Rice comes into this game in terrible shape and their defense has looked terrible lately. UTSA did find a way to win last week after a sluggish first half. I think Rice is the better team in this one, but UTSA will have the confidence and momentum to start this game. Given how poorly UTSA has played all season, I am can’t trust them. I am picking Rice to win this one.
