India and South Africa will play the final T20 International of their 3-match series at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. India won the game in Mohali and lead the series 1-0.

South Africa lost the previous match in Mohali due to their batting. The Proteas were very slow during the middle overs and that resulted in them posting a total that was never going to be enough to compete. Quinton de Kock batted well as he scored 52 from 37 balls but the remainder of the batting didn’t score fast enough. Temba Bavuma scored 49 runs but he received criticism since he was scoring at a strike rate of only 114. The South African bowling was solid with the likes of Shamsi and Fortuin having good games but the score was never enough to compete.

On the other side of the coin, India were very good. The bowling was clinical with Deepak Chahar leading the unit. Chahar took 4 wickets at an economy rate of only 4.5 runs per over. Jadeja, Hardik Pandya, and Navdeep Saini also contributed with wickets. The batting was outstanding from India with Virat Kohli showing his class. Kohli scored an unbeaten 72 off 52 balls to guide the team home. Shikhar Dhawan also batted well as the opener scored 40 runs off 31 balls. India are looking confident and they will be backing themselves to win this match.

The pitch at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium is expected to be flat meaning that both teams will be looking to score big runs. The small boundaries will also aid the batting for both teams.

Looking at all the information, I am going to pick India to win this match. India look in supreme form and I see them having too much batting strength for South Africa. The fans will be backing the Indian team and they should be pleased as I see India securing the series 2-0.
