Busy day at work but I just finished our MLB FanDuel lineup for the monster 15-game slate that starts at 7:05pm tonight!
I'm paying up at pitching position with the Yankees James Paxton who has been lights out in his last two starts against Boston & Kansas City in which he has put up back-to-back 12-strikeout performances. Paxton should have no trouble with a weak Giants offense that has posted just a .226 batting average & .631 OPS vs. LHP.
On the offensive end, we're going to be going with a value-stack of Toronto Blue Jays vs. Oakland's Mike Fiers. Fiers has given up 6 ER's in each of his last 3 starts while also coming into this game with a 2.16 HR/9 ratio. For the Blue Jays, we're stacking Rowdy Tellez, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Billy McKinney, and Randal Grichuck who are all batting in the middle of the Blue Jays order tonight.
We have a pair of Cardinals in Paul DeJong & Matt Carpenter who have a prime match-up agianst Anthony DeSclafani who comes t into this game with a 5.59 ERA and a 2.33 HR/9 ratio. Both DeJong & Carpenter have had plenty of success against DeSclafani as they are a combined 11 for 28 (.393 average) with 3 doubles & 3 HR's agianst the RHP.
We'er going with value at 2B with Hanser Alberto and rounding out the team with Nelson Cruz who always seems to hit his former team, the Baltimore Orioles, hard.
