DFS - Fantasy Baseball - MLB Fanduel Lineup - Main Slate (7:05 PM) - 7/15/19

Hi Everyone!

Hope everyone is having a great start to their weeks!

Let’s take a look at tonight’s MLB FanDuel “Main Slate” that features 10 games and starts at 7:05pm.

On the mound, I’m going to with the upside play of Lucas Giolito of the Chicago White Sox in his match-up agianst the Kansas City Royals. Giolito has struggled a bit as of late, however, those struggles have brought his price-tag back to a reasonable level for a guy who comes into this game with a 3.15 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, & 10.8 K/9 ratio. Giolito has been lights out agianst Kansas City this season as over 4 starts, he has posted a 1.80 ERA with 34 K’s in 25.0 IP while holding the Royals to just a .108 batting average.

On the offensive end, I’m going to start off with a 3-man LHB stack of the Dodgers in their match-up agianst Philadelphia’s Zac Eflin. Eflin has allowed LHB’s to post a .877 OPS and has struggled with HR’s as of late, allowing 6 HR’s over his last three starts.

For the Dodgers, we’re going to go with Corey Seager, Alex Verdugo, & Joc Pederson.

I wanted to get some solid action in the TOR/BOS game as I think this game has some solid potential and will be a bit under owned with many DFS players targeting the SFG/COL game.

For the Blue Jays, they have a decent match-up agianst Rick Porcello of the Red Sox who is having one of his worst seasons in his career as he comes into this game with a 5.33 ERA & 1.42 WHIP. Porcello has really struggled vs. LHB’s allowing them to post a .287 average & .847 OPS.

For the Blue Jays, we’re going to roster the switch-hitting Justin Smoak who has 5 career HR’s off Porcello, Cavan Biggio, & Brandon Drury.

For the Red Sox, they are up agianst Trent Thornton of the Blue Jays who has been absolutely rocked by the Red Sox this season is over his two starts agianst Boston, he has allowed 9 ER’s over 9 IP while allowing the Red Sox to hit .422 against him.

For the Red Sox, we’re paying up for the big bats of Rafael Devers & J.D. Martinez.

Good Luck!
