Hi Everyone!

Hope everyone is having a great start to their weeks.

Let’s take a look at today’s initial lineup for FanDuel’s MLB “Main Slate” that features 11 games and starts at 7:05pm.

On the mound, I’m going to pay up for Cleveland’s Mike Clevinger in his match-up agianst the Toronto Blue Jays. Clevinger was lights out in his last outing vs. Detroit (6.0 IP, 1 ER, 12 K) and has much upside as anyone on the slate as he comes into this game with a ridiculous 14.77 K/9 ratio. Toronto is one of the better match-ups for RHP’s this season as they come in ranked dead last in team batting average vs. RHP (.229 average) & 20th in team strikeout rate (9.05 K/game).

On the offensive end, we’re going to kick off with a 4-man stack of Arizona Diamondbacks agianst the RHP Aaron Brooks of the Baltimore Orioles. Brooks has been decent in his limited time with the Orioles, however, he hasn’t pitched more than 2.2 innings since being acquired by the Orioles and we love the Diamondbacks matchup agianst the Baltimore bullpen that ranks 29th in bullpen ERA (5.91 ERA).

For the Diamondbacks, I’m going to stack Christian Walker, Eduardo Escobar, Jarrod Dyson, & Adam Jones.

We’re also going with 3-man value stack of Miami Marlins in their match-up agianst the RHP Ian Nova of the Chicago White Sox. Miami hasn’t been great with the bats this season, however, they have a decent shot of putting some runs up on the board against Nova who comes into this game with a 5.86 ERA & 1.57 WHIP. Nova has really struggled agianst both LHB’S & RHB’s this season as he is allowing LHB’s to hit .320 against him while RHB’s are hitting .325 against him.

For the Marlins, we have Brian Anderson, Curtis Granderson, & Garrett Cooper.

Round out the team, we’re paying up for Francisco Lindor of the Cleveland Indians in his match-up against the LHP Ryan Borucki of the Toronto Blue Jays. Lindor is starting to pick up as of late and is now is hitting .292 on the season with 16 HR’s & 37 RBI’s.

Good Luck!
