Hi Everyone!

Hope everyone is having a great Thursday!

We don’t blow it out the water this afternoon, but I was able to cash in the majority of our “Early Slate” 50/50’s with our 136.3-point performance.

Let’s keep piling on the wins tonight as we take a look at tonight’s MLB FanDuel “Main Slate” that features 4 games and starts at 7:05pm.

On the mound, I think it’s a clear cut choice to spend up for Mike Clevinger in his match-up against the Detroit Tigers. Clevinger has probably been the best pitcher outside of the Cole/Verlander in the AL this season as he comes into this game with a 2.68 ERA & 1.02 WHIP while holding his opponents to a .199 average & .594 OPS. Clevinger has an outstanding 12.49 K/9 ratio on the season and has dominated Detroit in both his starts this season, posting a 0.64 ERA over 14.0 IP while striking out 22!

On the offensive end, we’re going to start off with a 3-man stack of Minnesota Twins in their match-up agianst Matt Montgomery of the Royals. Montgomery comes into this game with a 4.70 ERA & 1.59 WHIP on the season while allowing his opponents to post a .314 average/.903 OPS. Montgomery has struggled against the current Minnesota roster, allowing them to hit .308 against them and has really struggled on the road this season, posting a 7.85 ERA over 36.2 IP.

For the Twins, we have Nelson Cruz, Mitch Garver, & Jonathan Schoop.

Staying in this match-up, I needed a “punt” play at SS as I only had $2,000 left to spend and I don’t mind going with Nicky Lopez in his match-up against Kyle Gibson. Gibson is allowing LHB’s to post a .284 average/.805 OPS and although Lopez doesn’t have huge upside and hasn’t been outstanding since being called up early in the season, he is still the same hitter who posted a .353 average/.957 OPS in triple-AAA this season and I hope he can get us about 10 points tonight.

We’re going to make sure we have some decent exposure in the TOR/BAL game, and we’ll start with a 2-man Blue Jays stack vs. the RHP Gabriel Ynoa of the Orioles. Ynoa comes into this game with a 5.74 ERA & 1.40 WHIP while allowing his opponents to post a .282 average/.855 OPS. Ynoa has struggled with HR’s this season, posting a 2.24 HR/9 ratio and has already allowed the Blue Jays to hit 3 HR’s against them season in just 8.0 IP.

For the Blue Jays, we’re going with Rowdy Tellez & Randal Grichuk.

Rounding out our team will be a 2-man stack of Baltimore Orioles in their match-up against the LHP Anthony Kay of the Blue Jays. Key will be making his 3rd career start and the results haven’t been overly impressive so far as he coms into this game with a 6.30 ERA & 1.50 WHIP while allowing opponents to hit .275 agianst him.

For the Orioles, we’re going with Anthony Santander who has a .847 OPS vs. LHP on the season and Renato Nunez who has 29 HR’s on the season and a .846 OPS vs. LHP.

Don’t forget to follow me on Twitter (@BrettCU05) as this is the best play for me to post any last-minute adjustments to my DFS lineups!

Good Luck!
