Update (6:32 PM) - Hi Everyone!
Kyle Freeland is now making the start for the Rockies against the Dodgers and I've decided to adjust the lineup and go with a full 4-man stack to go with our 4-man MIN stack. Freeland has really struggled this year, posting a 6.98 ERA & 1.59 WHIP and has struggled with HR's as he has a 2.27 HR/9 ratio.
Image is updated and let's keep the winning going tonight!
Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday’s!
We crushed last night as our 202.8-point performance had us easily cashing in both our GPP’s & 50/50’s!
Let’s keep the winning going as we take a look at tonight’s MLB FanDuel “Main Slate” that features 9 games and starts at 7:05pm.
On the mound tonight, we’re going to pay up for Oakland’s Sean Manaea in his match-up at home against the Texas Rangers. Manaea has been unstoppable in his three starts since returning from a major shoulder injury as he comes into this game with a 0.50 ERA & 0.67 WHIP. Manaea is striking out opponents as a steady clip as he has posted a 10.5 K/9 ratio and is coming off a solid 46-point performance at Texas this past Sunday (6.0 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 6 K).
On the offensive end, we’re going right back to a 4-man stack of Minnesota Twins in their match-up agianst the RHP Glenn Sparkman of the Kansas City Royals. Sparkman comes into this game with a 6.02 ERA & 1.50 WHIP while allowing opponents to post a .295 average/.871 OPS. Sparkman has really struggled on the road this season, posting a 8.57 ERA while allowing opponents to post a .332 average and has allowed the Twins to hit 4 HR’s in his three starts against them this season.
For the Twins, we’re going to go with a 4-man stack of Luis Arraez, Jorge Polanco, Nelson Cruz, & Jake Cave.
We’re going to also target the Milwaukee tonight as we’re going with a 3-man stack of Brewers in their match-up agianst the RHP James Marvel. Marvel has struggled in his first two MLB starts, posting a 9.00 ERA & 1.67 WHIP while allowing his opponents to post a .342 average/.996 OPS. Marvel struggled in his last start against the Cubs (4.0 IP, 9 H, 7 ER, 2 HR) and I think Milwaukee will jump all over him tonight.
For the Brewers, we’re going with Eric Thames, Mike Moustakas, & Yasmani Grandal.
Rounding out the team, we’re paying up for Cleveland’s Yasiel Puig in his match-up agianst the LHP Jason Vargas of the Philadelphia Phillies. Vargas has had a solid season, however, he has struggled more as of late as over his three starts in September, he has posted a 6.35 ERA while allowing opponents to post a .283 average. Puig has been on fire last, hitting .444 over the last week and .375 in September and I think he’ll be able to go yard tonight.
