Hi Everyone!

Happy Thursday and I hope everyone enjoyed the NBA All-Star game! As I do DFS for NBA, NFL, and MLB there are only two breaks per year (NBA All-Star; MLB All-Star), however, it’s amazing after having one day off, that I’m bored and upset there are no slates…haha.

Let’s get back to winning lineups as we take a look at our initial DraftKings lineup for tonight’s 6-game slate that starts at 7:00.

Don’t forget to check out our initial NBA FanDuel lineup for tonight!!!

As I’ve been doing more lately, I’m just posting the images of my initial lineup as we generally will be making changes as the day goes on.

With Joel Embiid out, we’re going to heavily target the 76ers and currently have Butler, Harris, and Marjanovic in the lineup. We’ll have to keep an on to ensure that Marjanovic gets the start, but if he does, he has some great value at just $3,500.

If you didn’t see the news yesterday, LeBron James stated he had activated playoff mode, so that means, get him in your lineups as he is in what should be a solid game against James Harden and the Rockets.

For the Rockets, Chris Paul has started to look a bit like the old Chris Paul as he had a solid 4 games prior to the All-Star break in which he was averaging 40+ DraftKings points per game.

Chris LeVert saw 30 minutes of action in his 2nd game back from injury and as his price hasn’t adjusted, I imagine he will be highly owned tonight.

Dion Waiters is starting to see regular playing time as he has played 30+ minutes in each of his last 4 games and as he certainly has 40+ point upside with his ability to score the basketball, I think he has some great value at just $4,600.

I have currently put Jaylen Brown in the lineup as the Celtics might not be with Gordon Hayward who hurt his ankle (not the same one from last year) which means Brown will be the top option in the 2nd unit in their big game against the Bucks. Brown has a low floor, but has shown a solid ceiling as we’ve seen him to 40+ DraftKings points on a few occasions this season.

As always, I’ll be back taking a long look later in the day as the slate gets closer and I’ll post any adjustments by 6:30pm. If there are any really last-minute changes (which always happens basically every NBA slate…haha), I’ll post the image directly to my Twitter account (@BrettCU05).
