Update (6:37 PM) - Made some adjustments! Loading up on MIN players in their good match-up agianst NY as they all should have solid value tonight with Anthony-Towns out! Image is updated. Good Luck!
We came out of the gates strong last night in the first NBA contests since the All-Star Break as our 305.0-point performance had us cashing in both our 50/50’s & GPP’s last night. Outside of Chris LeVert, we got solid production across the board and got great value with both Dion Waiters (31.25 points), Chris Paul (55.5 points), and Boban Marjanovic (38.0 points).
Let’s keep the winning going and take a look at our NBA DraftKings lineup tonight for the 9-game “Main” slate that starts at 7:00pm.
As I’ve been doing more lately, I’m just posting the images of my initial lineup as we generally will be making changes as the day goes on.
As of right now, I continue to roll with Trae Young who had been incredible as of late and should see even a higher usage know that Jeremy Lin is with Toronto. I like pairing him with Kent Bazemore tonight as Bazemore is starting to see more minutes since returning from injury and could see 30+ tonight with Kevin Huerter currently doubtful due to an ankle injury.
DeMar DeRozan will be headed back to Toronto and you know he is going to bring it tonight against his former club.
Andrew Wiggins can one of the more frustrating DFS players to roster, however, the former number one pick was playing lights out prior to the All-Star break as he posted 47.75 & 51.0-point performances in his two games before the break. Wiggins has a great match-up against the Knicks tonight and as his price is still pretty affordable, I like him to continue his recent solid play.
Memphis frontcourt is going to have some great value tonight, especially if Jaren Jackson Jr. can go, and we’re going to get the value with both Ivan Rabb & Joakim Noah who have been productive when given minutes.
The Chicago Bulls have struggled all season against opposing centers and that should continue to be the case tonight which is why I’m paying up for Nikola Vucevic. Vucevic has put up performances of 53.9 & 59.8 points against Chicago earlier this season and I don’t see any reason why he couldn’t put up 60+ tonight.
New Orleans isn’t going to shut down Anthony Davis, however, as their going to limit his minutes, I think this opens the door even more for Julius Randle who had an outstanding year with the Pelicans. Randle is coming off a 57.2-point performance against the Thunder before the break and I think he will at worst be between 40-50 points tonight.
Kadeem Allen has been seeing between 24-32 minutes over his last 4 games as the back-up PG for New York and has been producing as in the role as he is averaging 30+ DraftKings points in that time-period. We’ll want to make sure Emmanuel Mudiay is still out tonight, however, if he is, I think Allen will hit at least 5x value against tonight.
As always, I’ll be back taking a long look later in the day as the slate gets closer and I’ll post any adjustments by 6:30pm. If there are any really last-minute changes (which always happens basically every NBA slate…haha), I’ll post the image directly to my Twitter account (@BrettCU05).
Have a great Friday!
