Update (6:33 PM) - Made some updates, however, will still need to keep an eye on the injury reports as we're still waiting for some key news. Image is updated. Good Luck!
Hope everyone made it through their weeks and have had a great start to their weekends!
We had another solid night with our NBA DraftKings lineup as our 337.25-point performance came had us cashing in both our GPP’s & 50/50’s for the 2nd straight night.
Let’s get back on the winning track and take a look at our NBA DraftKings lineup tonight for the 10-game “Main” slate that starts at 7:00pm.
As I’ve been doing more lately, I’m just posting the images of my initial lineup as we generally will be making changes as the day goes on.
We have a lot of injury situations to monitor today as some major players in including James Harden, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Myles Turner all have injury designations on them right now and if any of them sit, we’ll have a bunch of solid value options to look at.
As of right now, we’ll have to take another long look at Memphis tonight as with Jared Jackson Jr out and Valanciunas questionable, the Grizzlies are really thin in the frontcourt and Joakim Noah becomes a great play for the 2nd straight night. Valanciunas could be back so we’ll have to keep an on his status.
If Myles Turner is out again, Kyle O’Quinn becomes another great value place at the min-price. Quinn put up a solid 28.5-point performance last night and has major upside in a great match-up agianst the Wizards if he gets the start again.
Hopefully, at worst, we’ll know before tip-off that at least either Noah or O’Quinn are starting as I’m sure we can easily re-arrange our lineups to fit someone else in our utility spot.
We’re paying up Westbrook for the 2nd straight night as he has a great match-up in what should be a fast-paced game agianst the Kings. We’re also going with Buddy Hield & Bogdanovic who both have solid upside in this match-up.
We’ll continue to pay up for “Playoff” LeBron and paired him with Brandon Ingram in what should be a very high scoring match-up against the Pelicans.
We’re going to load up with both Tyler Johnson & Kelly Oubre Jr for the Suns as they have solid match-ups against the Atlanta Hawks tonight. Johnson saw 33 minutes last game and should have no trouble agianst the Hawks hitting value at his price if he sees those types of minutes again. Oubre Jr. has posted 37.75+ DraftKings points in 3 of his last 4 games and I love the upside he brings into the match-up tonight.
Miami will be without Justice Winslow tonight and as Dion Waiters played 30+ minutes in five straight games, I think he has some solid upside even if Dragic is back tonight.
As always, I’ll be back taking a long look later in the day as the slate gets closer and I’ll post any adjustments by 6:30pm. If there are any really last-minute changes (which always happens basically every NBA slate…haha), I’ll post the image directly to my Twitter account (@BrettCU05).
Have a great Saturday!
