DFS – Fantasy Basketball – NBA FanDuel Initial Lineups – 12/26/18
UPDATE (6:14 PM) - Made some updates! Going to take a chance and fade Anthony Davis tonight as although I'm sure he'll still put up a big night, I just really like the value we can get at the PF postion tonight. Image is updated below! Good Luck!
We have a 10-game NBA slate going on today and let’s take a look at our initial NBA FanDuel Lineup that starts at 7:00pm tonight.
I just did a quite writeup this morning as I’ll be on the road this afternoon. I’ll be back in plenty of team to make any additional changes based on the news that comes out throughout the day.
I love the Sacramento/LA Clippers matchup tonight and as of right now, I have De’Aaron Fox, Buddy Hield, and Lou Williams in my lineup.
Fox has been outstanding as of late, putting up at least 43.4 FanDuel points in each of his last three games and while Hield is averaging 43.2 FanDuel points over his last three games. Sacramento has the 2nd highest implied total on the slate (behind the Clippers) and as both Fox & Hield should get around 35 minutes of action tonight, they could combined for 90-100 FanDuel points tonight.
Lou Williams is a bit of a risky play here, but the matchup is right, and he has scored at least 25 points in two of his last three games. I really like Gallinari tonight also for the Clippers but as of now, don’t have the salary to get him in my lineup.
I’m all over the Pacers tonight as the match-ups for Darren Collison, Thaddeus Young, and Myles Turner against the Atlanta Hawks tonight. Collison is just too affordable at this price to pass up on at this price and does have 25-30 point upside. Power Forwards & Centers have dominated Atlanta this season and as John Collins looks questionable again, I think the Young/Turner duo could go off for a big night.
Justice Winslow went off for a monster 46.7 FanDuel point performance agianst Orlando last Sunday and as he has already been confirmed as the starting PG going forward for the Heat while Dragic is out, he has great value tonight against a Raptors team that looks like they will be without Kyle Lowry.
Rounding out the team, we’re going with the Pelicans Darius Miller & Anthony Davis. Miller is probably going to be the chalk “low-scoring” option on tonight’s slate as Miller has seen 30+ minutes in each of the last 4 games and has posted 23.6+ points in each of his last three starts. Miller’s price is just too low to pass up on. As for Anthony Davis, well, we don’t need to tell you way going with Anthony Davis is always a good option.
