Update (6:43 PM) - Hi Everyone! Loading up on a SAC/WAS stack tonight! Image is updated! Good Luck!
We ended the weekend with a solid 319.9-point performance which had us cashing in both our GPP’s & 50/50’s. We had a disappointing night from Trae Young as although being our 2nd most expensive player, the ended up being our “low-score” of the night at just 29 points. Luckily, we didn’t need him to have a huge night as we got solid performances from Luka Doncic (59.5 points), John Collins (46 points), Taj Gibson (45.1 points), and Clint Capela (37.9 points). We even got a huge day from Keita Bates-Diop who helped overcome Young’s lackluster performance with a solid 37.7-point game.
We have an exciting 6-game NBA FanDuel slate that starts at 7:00pm and we’re planning to keep the winning going here at Sports Chat Place!
As I’ve been doing more lately, I’m just posting the images of my initial lineup as we generally will be making changes as the day goes on.
The match-up that screams out to me early in the morning is the SAC/WAS as these are two fast-paced teams that play little defense. I’m debating trying to get De’Aaron Fox also in the lineup, however, couldn’t make it work right now if I want to keep with Donovan Mitchell & Andre Drummond. Currently we have a 3-man stack of Wizards in Satoransky, Parker, and Portis while we have Hield in for the Kings. I won’t be shocked if I get another King in my lineup when I make my adjustments later.
Cleveland is an interesting team to look at tonight as although hey have a tough match-up against the Raptors, the Cavaliers are going to be really thin in the front court with Tristan Thompson, Larry Nacne Jr, and John Henson all listed is out. This opens up some solid value plays in Marquese Chriss & Ante Zizic. I currently have Chriss in the lineup, however, as Drummond has averaged 24.0 ppg, 21.5 rpg, 1.5 apg, 1.5 bpg in his two match-ups against the Nets this season, I’m going to roll with him at center.
Rubio & Neto have already been ruled out for the Jazz and although Exum is going to be back, he will most likely be on a minute’s restriction as he has missed the last two month due to an ankle injury. I don’t hate Utah’s match-up at home against the Thunder who have been playing at a fast pace as of late and like both Mitchell & Crowder who both should be putting up plenty of shots tonight.
As always, I’ll be back taking a long look later in the day as the slate gets closer and I’ll post any adjustments by 6:30pm. If there are any really last-minute changes (which always happens basically every NBA slate…haha), I’ll post the image directly to my Twitter account (@BrettCU05).
Have a great Sunday everyone!
