Update (10:50 AM) - Hi Everyone!

I'm decided to go a different route as I'm a bit concerned about the weather in the KC/BAL game. We can expect ownership to still be pretty high and I think fading this game gives us a solid opportunity to separate our teams from the others!

I've decided to go with Kyler Murray at QB as we know he is going to be throwing a ton and I can see the CAR/ARI game being a shootout this afternoon! We're pairing Murray with his go-to target in Larry Fitzgerald who has seen an incredible 24 targets over the first two weeks.

DON’T FORGET TO CHECK OUT OUR NFL DRAFTKINGS “MAIN SLATE” LINEUP!!!!!

We're paying up at RB as we're staying with Christian McCaffrey and pairing him with Minnesota's Dalvin Cook!

DeSean Jackson is already listed out and Alshon Jaffery is "unlikely" so I'm going to go with both Nelson Agholor & Zack Ertz of the Eagles. Staying in this match-up, we're paying up Kenny Golladay who should have no problem putting up big numbers against a weak PHI secondary.

With Antonio Brown no longer on the Patriots, Josh Gordon once against has some great value. Belichick could easily try to run of the score on the Jets and I think Gordon is going to find the end zone in this one.

We're sticking with Pats on defense.

Good Luck!

Hi Everyone!

We had a decent Week 2 with our DFS lineups as although our “Main Slate” lineups didn’t cash, we did solid overall with the “4:00pm Only” and single game matchups for Sunday & Monday Night!

Let’s take an early look at Week 3 as we take a look at our NFL FanDuel “Main Slate” that features 13 games and starts at 1:00pm!

As we did last week, we have a couple of games that should be absolute blowouts with the Jets traveling to Foxboro to take on the Patriots while the Dolphins are going to AT&T Stadium to take on the Cowboys. Similar to last week, I’m currently going to avoid going with anyone on the Patriots offense as they just spread the ball out too much to trust, although I do love their defense. As for the Cowboys, I do think it’s safer to roster some of their playmakers although, don’t be surprised if you see their starts resting in the 4th quarter.

Quarterback

I’m still kicking myself for rolling with Jameis Winston over Lamar Jackson in Week 1 and after seeing Jackson dominate the Cardinals in Week 2, I’m going to pay up for Jackson this week as they are going to need another huge game if the Ravens want to contend with the Chiefs at home. Jackson has been unreal this season, completing 71.9% of his passes for 596 yards & 7 TD’s. Jackson didn’t need to use his legs against Miami in Week 1, but did should us that he is the biggest duel threat QB in the league right now, as against the Cardinals, he rushed the ball 16 times for 120 yards. Jackson has had the luxury of some great match-ups early in the season, but there is no doubting that he is better passer than he was given credit for coming into this season and as the Chiefs are certainly don’t poise the biggest defensive threat, I think Jackson goes off for his 3rd straight 30+ point performance to start the season.

Running Back

As there is a ton of solid value at the WR position this week, I’m going to be paying up at the RB position for both Christian McCaffrey & Ezekiel Elliott.

Carolina is in desperate need of a win after starting off the season 0-2 and with Cam Newton looking like he can’t throw the ball more than 15-yards downfield, I think Norv Turner unleashes McCaffrey on the Cardinals this Sunday. McCaffrey has a quiet game against the Buccaneers, but we all know those games will be the outliners and that we should expect more of what we saw in Week 1 (128 rushing yds, 2 TD, 10 receptions, 81 receiving yards). Arizona likes to play at a fast pace which should lead to more usage with McCaffrey and I think we see a huge bounce back game from McCaffrey in the desert!

Although this game could be over by the end of the 1st quarter, it’s going to be hard to pass on Ezekiel Elliott in his match-up at home against the helpless Miami Dolphins. Miami is allowing the 2nd most FanDuel points (31.0 pts/g) to RB’s so far this this season after allowing 309 rushing & 3 TD’s over their first two games. Elliott looked more like himself last week, rushing for 111 yards and a TD against a decent Washington rush defense and I expect Elliott to break off a few big runs and finishes this game w/ a multiple TD-performance.

Wide Receiver

Leading us off at the WR position, we’re going to pair Lamar Jackson which what looks like his main WR target in rookie Marquise Brown. I was a bit hesitant going with Brown last week as he didn’t see a bunch of snaps despite his monster Week 1 performance (4 rec, 147 yards, 2 TD), however, Brown proved me wrong as he saw an incredible 13 targets in which he turned into 8 receptions for 86 receiving yards. Brown has game changing speed that we saw in his days at Oklahoma and if he is going to see 10+ targets, I love him in a match-up against a Kansas City pass defense that ranks 26th in FanDuel points allowed/game to WR’s (35.7 pts/g).

I was a bit hesitant about Emmanuel Sanders being fully ready to go after suffering a torn Achilles last season, however, he has looked as good as ever, as he has 16 receptions for 184 yards & 2 TD’s on the season. Sanders has been targeted 20 times this season, including a team-high 13 targets in last week’s match-up against a talented Bears secondary. Green Bay’s defense has been solid so far this season, however, Sanders is a top-tier WR and if he is going to see 10+ targets a game, he has a ton of value at just $5,700.

It was tough to watch basically the Philadelphia Eagles offensive roster go down with injury on Sunday night, however, it has opened up an opportunity to get some great value out of Nelson Agholor who although missed some time while being evaluated for a concussion, still had a strong final stat line against the Falcons as he hauled in 8 receptions for 107 yards & a TD. Alshon Jeffery looks like there is no chance he is going to go this Sunday and the status of DeSean Jackson is still up in the air. Agholor has a decent match-up against the Lions who rank just 24th in FanDuel pts allowed/game to WR (35.0 pts/g).

Tight End

Mark Andrews has been in my initial lineup that last two weeks, and although I’ve made adjustments as the week has gone on, as I’m going w/ Lamar Jackson & Marquise Brown, I’m not getting away from Andrews this week. Andrews came into this season as a potential breakout candidate and hasn’t disappointed as he has posted 20+ point performances in his both his games this season. Andrews has 16 receptions (17 targets) for 220 yards & 2 TD’s on the season and his success should continue against a Kansas City team that ranked 22nd in FanDuel points allowed/game to TE (11.5 pts/g).

Flex

I only had $5,400 left when I get to my FLEX position, however, I think we have a solid play in Detroit’s Marvin Jones Jr. in his match-up against the Philadelphia Eagles. Jones hasn’t jumped off the stat page this season as he comes into this game with 9 receptions (10 targets) for 99 yards, however, the deep threat couldn’t ask for a better match-up on Sunday as he is taking on an Eagles secondary that ranked 31st in FanDuel points allowed/game to WR’s (45.6/game). Jones should have a beatable match-up against the Eagles Brandon Facyson and all we need is one deep post for a TD for him to hit value.

Defense

The Patriots offense generally gets the headlines, however, the defense that Bill Belichick has put together this season could be the best one he has had under this tenure with the Patriots. New England has allowed just 6 combined points since last year’s Super Bowl and put up a monster 37-point point performance against Miami last week. The Patriots has another match-up they could take advantage of as their going against a Jets offense, on a short week, that just put up 262 total yards vs. the Browns and will be with Luke Falk at QB.

Good Luck!
