It's always tough to pick the second game of a doubleheader when you don't know the outcome of game one. Who is going to play, which relief pitchers can't go due to pitching in game one, etc. There's a lot of factors to come into play. With that said, Quintana has been hit hard this season, which includes allowing six runs and three homers in his last start. With the Reds swinging a hot bat right now, you're probably going to get a decent price with the Reds at home. I'll take it.
