Milwaukee Brewers -105 / Atlanta Braves -105 O/U: 10
The Atlanta Braves and the Milwaukee Brewers will match up on the MLB diamond Wednesday to finish off their series.
In the Monday opener, the Braves took a 4-2 victory. On Tuesday, Milwaukee crushed a 13-1 win to even the set.
For Wednesday’s game, the Braves will be sending out Dallas Keuchel for the start. Over his 32.0 innings and 3-2 record this year, Keuchel has a 3.09 ERA with 17 Ks and 10 BBs.
Atlanta couldn’t get anything going offensively on Tuesday, logging five hits on the evening. Tyler Flowers posted the lone run with a solo homer in the fifth.
Over on the Brewers’ side, they’re going with Chase Anderson in the start on Wednesday. Across 71.2 innings and a 4-2 record thus far, Anderson has a 4.27 ERA with 72 Ks and 23 walks.
Milwaukee put up 13 hits to go with their 13 runs on Tuesday. Keston Hiura had a great night with a homer, three hits, two RBI and three runs.
The Braves are 4-0 in their last four Wednesday games and 50-22 in their last 72 in game three of a series. The under is 5-2 in the Braves’ last seven in game three of a series and 5-0 in Keuchel’s last five starts overall.
Meanwhile, the Brewers are 1-4 in their last five Wednesday games and 6-1 in Anderson’s last seven starts in game three of a series. Milwaukee is 9-4 in Anderson’s last 13 Wednesday starts and 1-4 in his last five starts.
Keuchel has three straight quality starts to his credit, putting up a combined five earned runs in 21.1 innings during that time with 12 strikeouts. He’s 2-1 in that span.
As for Anderson, he’s logged six earned over his last three starts in 14.2 innings but hasn’t recorded a win in that time—or a decision at all.
Keuchel seems to be settling in now and hitting a nice groove. I’m going to stick with Atlanta here.
